1. Is there salt in your product and do we need to add more salt?
   salt is added in our product but you may need to add salt as per your desired taste.
2. Once opened how many days it will last?
   Once the bottle is opened it needs to be regrigerated,it will last for about 6 to 7 days in the refrigerator provided no moisture goes in the bottle.
3. Does it contain preservatives?
   Yes it has a minimum percentage of preservatives to make sure the product does not get spolied, the preservatives and quantity used are as per the prescribed norms of FSSAI
4. Can you use the gravies for other dishes not mentioned?
   Yes we encourage our users to experiment with our sauce and share it with us on social media.
5. Can we add onions , tomatoes to increase the volume?
   There is no harm in adding more tomatoes or onions to the dish but it might alter the original desired taste of the final product.
6. Does the colour of the gravy change once it ages in the bottle?
   Yes there is a possibilty of slight change in colour , but this is a natural process and will not alter the taste or food safety. Just make sure sauce is not expired and consumed in seven days once the seal is open.
7. How do you source your ingredients?
   We buy the best quality ingredients from renowned authorised vendors , we buy fresh ingredients like our spices are of top quality, 100% refined vegetable oil and the vegetables used are sourced fresh locally.
8. Can we make non -vegetarian dishes?
   All our products are vegetarian , but they are versatile and you can cook both veg and non veg dishes. Visit our youtube channel to check veg and non veg recipes.
9. Do you have Jain products?
   All our products are not Jain , we have specific Jain products which are made as per the restriction norms of Jain cooking.
10. Can the product be eaten without heating?
    The sauces are all fully cooked so there is no harm in eating,tasting or using these products as it is , but the best results come out when they are heated.

12. Are your products Gluten free?
    Yes all our products are gluten free.
13. Is the product ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook ?
    Our Products are ready to cook. All you have to do is saute the vegiies of your choice, add the sauce and simmer on medium heat for 6-7 min.
14. What if I receive a tampered or a damaged product ?
    We will arrange for a replacement once you notify us.
15. Are there any added colours in the product
    No added artificial colours or flavours used.
