Tikka masala is an excellent blend of tomato and cream (either in rich cream, yoghurt or cashews). It is highly dominated by authentic spices like ginger, turmeric and red chilli powder (to give it that quintessential orange-hue), garam masala, coriander and cumin.
One bottle has 250gm of Zissto Tikka Masala Gravy, which provides the average serving of 6 to 8 people.
